What does "no per-student fee" really mean?
A 100-student school and a 5,000-student school pay the same yearly maintenance once they're on a paid plan. The setup fee is one-time. The yearly fee covers domain renewal, hosting, software updates and standard support — flat regardless of how big your school grows. Some plans have student caps (500 for India Standard / Premium) but you're not charged per head; you simply upgrade to a higher tier or the Lifetime plan if you grow past the cap.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your data, settings, branding and uploads stay exactly as you left them. You'll see an upgrade prompt in the dashboard with the right plan tiles for your country. Pay once, no card stored, no auto-renewal. Walk away any time — we'll export your data on request.
Can I move from one plan to another later?
Yes. Standard → Premium (add the mobile app) is a one-click upgrade for the price difference. Premium → Lifetime works the same way. Downgrades happen at the next renewal cycle so you don't lose features mid-year.
How is the "Lifetime · No Subscription" plan different?
Pay once, own it forever. No yearly fee, no student cap, no per-school commission. Best for schools that prefer capex over opex, or large institutions that don't want a recurring relationship with the vendor. Updates remain included.
What's the reseller / white-label option?
Resellers can sell FreeSchoolApp under their own brand in their own region. India reseller: ₹49,000 setup + ₹2,500 per onboarded school. International: $999 setup + $250 per school.
