I am really glad I came across KEEP FIT. Kabirul Sir has extensive training experience, and it clearly reflects in his training methodology. He is very patient when it comes to explaining and demonstrating the finer points of martial arts. I am really enjoying my training at KEEP FIT.
The head instructor, Sensei Sk Kabirul Hossen, is widely praised by students for his advanced teaching techniques, professional behaviour, and dedication to student growth.
