1. I had started yoga about 3 years ago from now. I was suffering from anxiety, depression and work stresses. Yoga healed me then. 2. One year ago I had faced a severe car accident. I couldn't walk and had traumatic flashbacks, a titanium rod was placed in my leg after treatment. I restarted yoga after 3 months. I have healed a lot after that. 3. I was a proffessional dancer yoga helped me regain my flexibility too. And yes, I had an ovarian cyst 2 yrs ago and doctor recommended me to do yoga. It was healed too. But the best part is, I can trust the teacher at next asana and communicate with her with my problems because she gives individual attention to all learners and guides us with utmost care to heal step by step. Both physically and mentally. Yes, I mean it because I have been benefitted too.
